PS5 **** pre order, still waiting on Xmas

Writing this review on Xmas day, having pre ordered a PS5 from Game Online for the 2nd round of delivery. A week has gone by from the expected date of 16 Dec, and still no response from Game. Not even a simple message just to provide feedback. Phoned in multiple times during the week, only to receive message that we are working on it. For a store of this size to basically ***** R12k from those who ordered from them is basic *******. This was my first time using the online function, and will most likely be my last. I have lost faith in Game Stores, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. 2020 has been a horrible year for most, and was just hoping to get some joy out of playing on the new PS5 console as a Xmas gift. But, now I'm essential money down the drain with no product while the cash deposited into your account earns interest. Fingers crossed, hoping to here anything tangible on a delivery date but at this point I'm not even expecting much.
