PS5 Claim of promotion and False Advertising

To whom it may concern

Please be advised that I was able to add the PlayStation 5 to my cart and apply the coupon code ( BF2023) which was successful and the price to pay was R5300 ( i have all the screen shots as proof )

I have read all the terms and conditions surrounding this deal , whereby once the item is in your cart and the promotional code is app**** it’s a conclusive sale and does not allow more that 10 customer to apply this promo code.

This deal has been splatted across all media and the VP of Massmart Katherine Madley has made specific mention of this deal as well.

Due to the poor planning of game the system could not handle the high volume of traffic , as result upon payment the Game website crashed!!!!!

I am fully versed with the consumer protection act and know my rights as consumer. Further more I have conclusive proof that the deal went through hence I am eligible for the deal at this price ! The site crashing is no fault of mine. I will not accept any excuses orelse I will ensure that this false advertising gets all the negative coverage it needs.

I will also be contacting Katherine Madley to ensure that she is aware of how bad the Game site was tonight.

It is pointless creating a media hype when clearly the site cannot accommodate customers.

After making numerous calls on to the call center I was told it was escalated and should await further feedback

This leaves much to be desired.

PS: GAME Honor this deal and prove that you are one of the Market leaders , stop treating these reviews as they dont exsist !!!!!!
