PS4 bundle/Black Friday

Day12 and still no call from the store in Tygervalley Mall? I've paid for my PlayStation4 and was told it will be here in the week! I visited the store twice last week and was eventually told by the Electronics manager that it will only be available by the 13th December as the hold up was the supplier!!? However true that may be, it is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to be having such promotions without any stoc**** I have asked him if I could pay the difference for a 1TB PS4 and said unfortunately not (no stock either!) I have wasted my time calling and visiting the store! I'm going on holiday this weekend and need to know when this will ACTUALLY be available in order for me to make arrangements
