PS 5 delivery from Game

It's been 5 days since the launch of the PS5 in SA and one would have thought GAME would be jacked up and prepped for delivery considering they've advertised the ps5 on their website. I've been following up regularly (which firstly I shouldn't have to) but I keep getting different answers every time. On the website it states that my order has been dispatched - but when I called to inquire everyone tells me it either hasn't or the tracking number is not available or the courier will contact me. Someone had followed up with me yesterday confirming latest delivery by 23rd but again provided false promises.
