Ps 4 bought in November

Since my last complain that i bought a ps4 by game on Black Friday im yet to receive my product. Made a turn by them December and was told they’ll give a call once they have in store While shopping in Middelburg mall i saw ps4 on shelves and asked the staff member to assist as i had my proof of payment,she went to the back(storeroom) came back and said there are non in stock of what i bought. I want my ps4 not a refund but the product i bought
