Proof of purchase reprint (slip)

Please help me.

I have purchased a TV from Game, now the tv is faulty and i cannot find my slip, i have contacted game store where i bought the tv and Game head office for a reprint, it's been 3 weeks with no update.

I need the slip to submit to Hisense so that they can fix my TV.
