Promotion but no stock

Game advertise specials but never have stock. On Sunday I called Natasha Vusani for a call back voucher on an item aon special. The special was running till Tuesday (yesterday). But the ly were out of stock Sunday already. I call the store for a buy back voucher and spoke to Natasha Vusani who said she is a floor manager. I requested the buy back voucher and she promised to sms it to me the same day which was Sunday. She never did. I call back Sunday afternoon and assured me she will do it by close of business on Sunday. Sunday came and went, Monday came and went. Yesterday I called and Tracy answered the phone who falsely identified her as Natasha when I started questioning Tracy said I should hold on for Natasha. Natasha took forever to come to the phone as Tracy never called her, instead she was having a merry conversation with a male colleague and the a female colleague jointed in on the conversation. Natasha eventually came to phone with a attitude of note. The tone she used was unprofessional and offensive. I spoke to the admin manager Camelitta who was very helpful and sent the buy back voucher within minutes. Tracy and Natasha should realize they deal with clients not dogs
