Promotion but no stock

In April game had promotion for the 45th birthday celebration promotion was running from 2015/04/22 till 2015/05/05 for A TELEFUNKEN 39INCH LCD TV for R2990.00. i then went to the cape gate store on the 30 April 2015 to buy the TV was told they didnt have stock, i was then given a call back voucher which said if i had not received a call by 07 May 2015 i should give them a call. So i didnt receive a call from game so i called them again after the 7th may i was told they still waiting for stock, its a month now Game still have no stock for the TV. how can you put an item on promotion and not have stock for over a month now. im without a TV for whole month now. im very disappointed in the service
