Promises, promises..... like pie crusts!!

I bought and paid for a fridge on 28 November, but at the same time did a search and found the same fridge for R200 cheaper. I claimed a price beat and have had no joy with that. In fact, they called my daughter in law, who received the fridge, and told her they will not honour their promise of price beating because of Black Friday. In my mind, proving a better price somewhere else is what they promise to beat. So much for their 'promise'!!
