Promises not kept
I am very disappointed in the service delivery of Game Richards Bay. On Thursday 4 Feb 2016 I had gone out to buy a new fridge as mine no longer works. I had reminded them of the urgency of this item to be delivered, and they had promised that it would be here on Friday the 5th of Feb 2016. It is now Saturday the 6th of Feb 2016, and I still haven't heard or received anything, the person responsible is not answering his phone, and I have been given the runaround.
