Product not on system but in store

<p>So I just went to Game in Ermelo and my 4yr old daughter decided she wants a Hello Kitty ice-cream which Game had in their ice-cream fridge. I got to the till and the cashier tells me that the ice-cream is not loaded on the system and I should wait as they will get the code. After waiting more than 10mins I go and ask the manager what the problem is and then she checks the system and asks me the customer " are there anymore in the fridge cause it does not look like its for our store" seriously???? how *********** do you get?? I obviously left the ice-cream with the "clued up" manager, paid for the rest of my shopping and went to buy ice-cream for my lil one at a store that actually had the codes on their system. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THIS WAS HANDLED!!!</p>
