Product is advertised on special but was not available

On 17 February 2021 my parents (pensioners) went to game to purchase a washing machine which were on special for R3999. As my mother is registered as a pensioner got discount which we are grateful for. So she paid cash for the washing machine. My parents accommodate students and they are registered on the University Database as Accommodation for students. The University also gave my parents specifications on what to have to qualify to accommodate students. They were sort of a washing machine and went to Game. They told my parents that it would be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. On the 27th February still no washing machine. My father went back to Game and their excuse "They waiting on Supplier". 40 Days later and still no washing machine. The washing machine was advertised but was not available. My parents who was depending on this washing machine and was still not "available" lost their income due to Game in Eikestad Mall unsympathetic behaviour. My mother is struggling with high blood pressure and stress due to the loss of income. I blame Game for my parents problem. You waited long to pay the money back and you didn't give my parents any alternatives. If you don't know how to treat pensioners you can might as well close your doors.
