Product discontinued

I bought an iron from Game Stores East London last year and after sometime the iron just stopped working whilst knew , still under guarantee for sure ,when I took the iron back they told me they discontinued the product and they cant do anything because I don't even have a slip. Am I suffering because they don't sell the iron anymore? That is not my problem please. I want another iron or my money back.
