Product Delivery

The SHOOT 4 in 1 game table from Game was on special in the weekly ad but no store had stock - how is this valid advertsing. We went to the Game store in Cradlestone and were told that the warehouse has stock and that we should get our delivery in a day or 2. We paid in full. It is now a week later and we still havent received the product we have paid for.
