Problematic Russell Hobbs Dishwasher

Bought the dishwasher during May 2015, since then it has probably worked for only 4 months. Went into game stores Kimberley numerous times to ask for it to be repaired, firstly you have to wait a week or two. The first time it the repair people came they could not see anything wrong, the second time they cam almost a month later they took the dishwasher with them and confirmed the pump is leaking water and needs to be replaced, which, according to them was done, after they brought it back the dishwasher worked for a week when it again did the same problem, same error notification and leaking water on the floor. The dishwasher has been collected now again for repairs. ??? How long will this go on for. It is clearly a faulty or bad quality unit.
