Problem with a USB

Good day I bought a USB 64 GIG at Game West Street. I then saw that upon inserting it into the computer it is a 32GIG.My problem now is I was out of town coz of some emergency and i bought the USB on the 22 of September I still have the receipt. I dont know if you can assist me or its too late.
