Prize not delivered

Hi had received an SMS to spend R 750 at a game store and that i could win a kicker cell phone. i did spend more than that amount and i received a call stating that had won the phone and that i can collect at the greenstone mall GAME. Well it has been over two months and no prize. the people at the front desk who act busy have no idea what i am talking about. i have left my number with a lady who promised to get back to me a month ago and recently i asked another lady there but she seemed like i had just gotten her up from a deep sleep. disgusting GAME, why lie to us to get business. PATHETIC. Now GAME has to bluff people to get them to shop there and their managemnet staff just so incompentent. the second lady seemed like she didnt even know where she was..
