Printer repair

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: In-store shopping

The issue On the 4th October at 15h30 I took my Canon printer in for repairs they turned me back told me to come back Monday because they are closing at 16:00. Next day Monday morning i was told printer is gonna take 21 days to come back However if I take it myself it might take 1 or 2 days. Day 3 I drove to Canon Midrand upon my arrival I was told they don't fix printer so I must go back to Game. On my way back with the disappointment I called Game asked why they send me to wrong place, they told me they made a mistake I am supposed to go to Part serve Linbro park. I drove straight there only to be told that printer is out of warranty it was bought Feb 2019. I was aware of that and I explained I have extended warranty, they said to me they gona book in on my name however I should go back to game tell them to send paper work so they can fix it and it's gonna take 2 to3 days. With Frustration I drove to game explained they asked for extended warranty which I provided, i waited for an hour or more while they were busy on their system till the end.

Monday 12 Oct I called part serve checking the status, I was told nothing it's been done because they haven't received anything from Game (*) I Called Game explained and gave them email address to send docs to which they promised to send. Tuesday followed up with part serve still payment. Today 14 October I call Game and guess what? They made another mistake I was not supposed to take printer to Linbro part but SPVC something like that. That's were they take product and that are on extended warranty (*)(*)♀️(*)(*)♀️(*)(*)♀️further more they telling me to go and collect printer from Linbro park and bring it to them for them to take it wherever.

I have waisted my time, petrol, airtime, money for print outs and scanning and yet Game doesn't see anything wrong as they still have a nerve to tell to collect and deliver to them that's my new job description.

I want every cent I spend during this exercise and my printer to be fixed and delivered to me ASAP.
