Hi the printer just stopped working. Took it to game they told me the will book the print after I receive a call telling me I must pay 1400 for the to fix the printer and the printer has a warranty. I ask to talk to the manager his was very rude I didn't get any assistance. This happen at game phalaborwa

Thanks for getting back to us, we will do a follow up with the store as to why they are charging you that amount as the printer is still under warranty. Once again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
