Prince Scwebu Jabulani Mall Soweto is a huge 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

On the 12/02/2022, we walked into Game Soweto in Jabulani Mall looking for a study station for my son, we walked through Game Jabulani and searched for ourselves compared items and tired to figure out what was best for my son without any assistance then we stood there for 10 to 15 minutes without anyone paying attention to us, seeing that we are young they thought that we don't have money or I don't deserve customer service. We got bored trying to think things through and then went to the electronic side looked around for help as my friend and I were looking for a laptop we looked around trying to see and find help and once again nobody played any attention to us, but there was a group of employees of Game Jabulani standing around in a group having a great conversation and not paying any attention to us cause I guess they catch up session was far more important than customers around them. Looking around for help my friend spotted a gentleman by the TV and sound section who was busy packing items and making sure the area looked good. We then walked to him for assistance we had not even reached where he was he already had a welcoming smile on his face he come to us and asked if we need any help I asked him a lot of questions about TV and sound he took his time to explain everything to us and even went the extra mile to show the difference and sound quality. Wow our day changed from zero to a hundred the gentleman's name was Prince Scwebu WOW what a huge difference he made in our lives. I was really impressed by his service and grace. He is really a man who will take Game Jabulani far if everyone of the employees at Game Jabulani were like him. He carries customer service over and above, when ever I walk into Game Jabulani I would love to be assisted only by him.
