Pricing Warfare

I purchased a stool from Game in Cape gate on sunday afternoon for R350. I saw the stool was packaged in the box with no price tag on the shelf. There were no salesman around to assist so i went to the barcode scanner in the next aisle to check the price. The package was marked R350. <br> <br> When i proceeded to the checkout the lady behind to till told me that theres 2 stools in the box. I thought bargain, 2 stools for R350 as i needed 2. Then the manager came over (Carmen) and she made a small scene as told me i must pay R700. It was very embarrassing as i did not know what was going on at the time. She did not explain to me the situation. I told her that i want to purchase the packaged item for R350. <br> <br> After abit of a discussion and waiting almost 10min i told her to take her chair back and just to give me the one. I feel that game cheated me out and made me feel like i was victimising them.<br> <br> Game needs to make sure that they package their items and price them correctly...<br>
