Price Match Policy Lies

What a useless store. Bazil Plaatjies who is apparently the manager at your Somerset Mall store refuses to match another stores price because this time of year stores are running Black Friday promotions (even though it is the same price that the Game store was running one day earlier). He says that the ts &cs say that Game doesn’t match prices for Black Friday deals even though I showed his that they only specify 1 day sales and the promotion that I was referring to was a 5-day sale. How can you promise to match/beat prices when you clearly don’t and seem to what to pick and choose your ts & cs as you see fit. I will never shop at Game again.
