Price beat struggle at game

Worst experience at Game mams mall today I went to Game mams Mall today wanted to do a price beat, I was told they do not do price beat on promotional items nor combo deals, what surprised me is that I did I price beat several time in game Menlyn on combo deals there was no problem there, but today the Manager at game mams mall gave me a hard time. Can Game be clarify on their advert what they mean when they say "we beat any price" doesn't any price mean all prices, am not a happy customer because why did they do the price beat on combo deals in Game Menlyn and its a different case at Game Mams mall??
