Price beat policy and practice is not correct

Having a price beating option is great, and having information about it on the website is great... but not having the policy and the practice different is not great. Please fix it. I looked for the "claim now banner to submit your claim" for 30 mins (hence the 2 stars... you cost me time) before trying online chat, only to find out that the policy as listed, is not correct.
