Price beat not a real deal

I was at Game store mall of the north today to buy the Casio calculator , i said to myself let me try this game promotion that they keep saying they will beat the other stores prices so i took pick n pay back to school pamphlet with to show that so they can price beat them . I was told that we gonna phone pick n pay and find out if they have stock if they don't have we not gonna sell it to u on that price , i ask them if they gonna phone all the pick n pay in the limpopo provience ? They said no just one in mall of the north . I was so shocked one of tha cashier even told me why don't i just go buy there at pick n pay . Please be specific with your deals and it was my first time trying this price beat i don't think i will trying it again. I did went to checkers and bought the calculator there instead of me waiting for the cashier to phone pick n pay around to find out if they had stock .
