Price beat lies

Hi have been to game welkom for 3 times in a row. I requested a price beat be done all requirements have been met . However the store has only the display unit the consultant turned me an away.

I then called the branch manager David he promised to honour the price beat as long as I am willing to wait for his stock which I agreed today when I went in he is off and another lady refuses and turns me away …

I don’t understand the ethics of customers service the payment can be done and the item collected later just like what happens when there is a item out of stock on promotion… further more there are branches like Montana and rustenburg that has stock a IBT can be done I don’t mind collecting the fridge ….
