Price beat is a ****!!! A horrible sham.

So I found a heater in another store at a fraction of what game was selling at. Their website says you can bring a link or a screenshot of the item. I did I checked the stock availability at the other store online. It was available, even showed the cashier. She called her supervisor who lamented how cheap it is at another store. She made a call, apparently to the other store. She was on the call for a while then came back saying the item is out of stock at the other store and they can't do the price beat. She called their manager who echoed the same. I contacted their online service center, they couldn't care less.I don't get why they're not honoring their promise as it can't be my fault that the product is suddenly unavailable. I am disappointed at the service I received. It is plain to see that it's all a sham. In future, I won't even bother to walk into their store.
