Price beat is a lie...

Game lies about their price beat. Lodged a complaint in November and was promised feedback 48 hour later. Still waiting...most of their things are priced higher, however they have loopholes... buy a printer from a competitor that comes with a printer cable, according to GAME Richardsbay it's a bundle deal and they don't do price beats on those...

Game Richardsbay is a mess, their customer service is disgusting. They have a very rude manager at the store. This store needs help... went in for their sale on the 15th. There's a guy named Bradley who dealt with me and this rude manager during the printer fiasco, which Game threw under the carpet. This dude completely ignored me while I was awaiting assistance. Took the keys and dissappeared to a point where the sales person who did actually assist me was left running around looking for the keys where they keep the USB. Was almost ********** during their late night sale... they advertised the USB, 3 for R199. They cashed it out at R273. Thankfully I checked before I left the store. Their customer service team were helpful however this manager who came past the desk several times didn't even greet... these are the people that represent Game... Game has NO GAME... they clearly don't know how to treat their customers..
