price-beat beware

So i went into Game in secunda to buy a TP-link Archer D20 adsl router and found a cheaper price online(in stock).i approched the manager to get the price-beat to which i was told that price beat only works with phisical stores and not online stores, to which i asked for that statment in their Price-beat regulation. She said there are T&C that apply to price beat and i asked to see the T&C and she told me that only the managers know about it.Game what is going on , price beat was suposed to be something that brings the customers to your shop and not push them away.i dont mind doing online shopping i was just in the area and thought i would buy the product from your shop localy. after all that she asked me what the difference in price was to which i told her R500 and she said no thats to much.... well thats the last time i shop at Game.. Takealot will be my goto shop from now on...thank you game...Enjoy your R500 rand that you saved and a lifetime of shopping from me lost.
