Price beat - Bad service no response

I ordered the item around 25/02/2023 as they informed me that I have to purchase the item before they can beat the price Up to now I haven't received the price beat. Its a waste off time emailing them as they do not respond. I told them that I do not want the fridge delivered until they give me the price beat Fridge was delivered and its till sitting in the box for them to collect if they do not want to give me the price beat They even request my account information but nothing has been done. When you phone them they so helpful and have a record of the emails and conversation but still nothings happening I'm reporting them to CCMA on Monday if I do not get anything by this weekend
