Price advertised not available on GAME system

Various complains about not being able to upgrade on the contract as advertised is not getting me anywhere. Game phones everyday just to inform me they are still waiting for support and feedback. A month later they can still not update their system and I am still not able to upgrade. All promises are made with no results. It doesn't help you approach managment as you are ignored completely without even being addressed. A week later after more promises were made and still no feedback.
