Pregnancy craving into good poison nightmare

I purchased a bag of pretzels as it was my pregnancy craving open the bag in haste of wanting tk eat it only to be food poisoned as the bag was stale with oily smell, i was really ill from this, i had called the number on the bag, my query was taken only to be told i must now cal the customer care and then 2 days later received an email telling me the call centre has resolved my query, so what exactly what resolved as there isnt even an expiration date on the bag i sent photos as requested and still nothing and game is a big store.... Terrible service, unhealthy shopping and keeping stake products im unhappy with service received.
