Power Service at Game Pavilion

I sent back a brush cutter that stopped working still under guarantee to Game Pavilion, they have not returned it for over a month, they don't pick up my calls when I follow up, when i call the game call center they always say they are escalating the matter, I am so disappointed with Game, all summer my grass has been overgrown. Game just does not care about thier customers. I don't want to be unreasonable but Game after sale service is the worst I have experienced they just don't care, as if you did not pay for the product.
