Possible false Advertising

I saw a special for a toploader 13kg for R3999 and ends 04/12/21. I went the Galleria Mall Game and the saleman first said its sold out then said to me that ad was not supposed to be online. I called the store manager twice and he not available. WHY ADVERTISE A PRODUCT AND A SALES PERSON POINT BLANK LIES about it????
