Positive outcome on mistaken duplicate transaction

I wanted to update my previous review for game.

I had an order from: https://frut.co.za/ Order: FRUT-1603 was placed for the amount of R807.00 However there had been 2 transactions processed.

Although it took some time to get the issue resolved by the actual Merchant team, I am extremely thankful for Game customer service for having followed up to get the issue resolved even though it did not fall directly under their responsibility.
