Positive attitude in helping customers

On Monday 28 March 2016 I needed help with purchasing a laptop at Game stores Tubatse crossing mall. The previous day I was there and I was bitterly disappointed with one gentleman's attitude. The laptop was the last one on the floor and there was no more stock and that gentleman told me it's a long procedure to buy it even after I told him I was not in a rush. And he just made up excuses and I eventually just left. When I returned on Monday I met Mr Hendrick Moremi who helped me with a great attitude and even arranged for a discount for me as the laptop was on the floor for a long time. I was really pleased with the way he helped me and several others who were seeking help while he was busy helping me. He really knows how to put customers views first with no questions asked.
