Popr and pathetic Game services

We have such a very very bad experience with the Game store located in Secunda.

Game had a Acer laptop on promotion with a laptop bag and mouse. When we told the assistant guy there he said they were out of stock and do not know when they will receive new stock. We insisted on a out-of-stock voucher.. it is now more than a week ago and still we haven't received any feedback regarding the stock of the Acer Laptop.

Today, when we were there we saw another promotion that they have on - it is n ILife laptop, ILife tablet, smar****ch and a Huawei pocket router with 2 GB for R229 per month on contract. When we ask the assistant there (contracts & upgrades) that we would like to take out this contract, again they told us the do not have stock of the Huawei pocket router and we can do the application so long but they can not guarantee that the router will be back before the ens of the promotion which will be 8 September 2019. And therefor we won't get the contract on the promotion.

It is the second time when we want something that is on promotion and they do not have stock. This is really pathetic and seems like they are taking us for fools with all the promotion but do not have any stock of anything. Why do they advertise if they know there are not any stock.
