Poor/No service from STORE MANAGER
NB.NEWCASTLE GAME On Friday the 10th of June, I went into the Newcastle game store for a price beat for an Oppo phone.
The sales person had phoned the company and confirmed the details on the Friday as well.
Went in on Saturday to see the response, but network was slow at the store which is totally understandable as it's the weekend.
On Monday called the store and spoke to the store manager, to which he said, he was awaiting for response, again this is understandable as it was the weekend and there were network issues.
On Tuesday I called and got the same response so I decided to go into the store, the manager was not in so called him, he said will give feed back. 2 and half hours later after calling him again his response was, he will call me at 9 or I must call the store again.
On Wednesday a sales person calls and says that the price beat can't be done as per stock that is not in the shop, as her manager phoned them and confirmed this.
Why was this not done on monday as it would of saved alot of time and energy?
Also when I asked a question she couldn't answer, as she was instructed to call me with the limited feedback. I had to go into the store where i had to speak to the manager about the issue at hand, and there was another instance where after I called was told the item can't be price beaten as it is a pre order alot of different variation of 1 price beat
Unbelievably, I was never called I always had to call in and never given direct answers. Always a deflect
My issue here is I was treated like an irritation than a customer! Qhy did i always have to call in? Why did I have to wait this long and have scared answers on a singular item? And the store manager is on such a high pedestal he doesn't call customers, or return calls, or does what's promised! Is he above the other game manager that he is treated like a king and customers like fools?
Game is failing in the retail industry and can still disregard customers this easily I wonder how long the retail chain will last
