Poorly trained staff and poor service

I purchased a Lenovo laptop September last year at Game, The Bridge, Greenacres. since the purchase, the laptop has been returned to the store for repairs on three occasions, all related to the monitor. The first time I returned the laptop to the store, they told me that I could only receive an exchange or refund if something happens to it three times.

Yesterday, a lady who works at the store told me that the consumer protection act states that if an electronic item is faulty within the first six months, it must be exchanged. Not once did the employees at customer service/repairs tell me that I had this option. If they had notified that I had that choice, I would have exchanged it the first time. They sang the same song everytime I took it to be them, that it must have a problem thrice before it can be exchanged/refunded and must be sent for assessments. I am especially displeased and unsatisfied with the customer service at this store. Why is it that only a few of the staff members know about this act? Game is not looking to protect the customer, just their stores profits and income. Educate your staff please or do you hide behind their lack of knowledge to gain more profit for your company?
