Poorly customer service

Its been a months now since I returned my HP laptop to game store Makhado. First time I returned it the report came back blank 😔 I went home with a laptop that wasnt closed properly only to find out it wasn't even fixed, the following day I returned it again they told me they will do follow up the follow up they did was to return it again to the repairer whom now said he didn't repair the laptop because he found liquid on it but on the report that wasn't written and he said he won't repair it he is bringing it back I kept going to the store to check if my laptop was back only to be told it is not back yet. Now I just received a call from game head office they are telling me about a quotation that I must pay for the laptop that came back without a report they want me to pay to get it fixed of which I don't understand why it was never said so on the first report and why must I pay for something I don't know when and where it happened since it wasn't even closed properly. And for the game makhado not to update me it shows that they don't really care about customers I must use my own money to go up and down checking if my laptop is back asking about the reports. Please upgrade your service!!!!!!!!
