POOREST ONLINE SERVICE

I've placed an order with GAME ONLINE - So Yesterday I Queried the status of my order as I can't check it on their website

I RECEIVED A VERY RUDE MAIL FROM LACHEI STOFFELS

And just received an email that my order was cancelled - during December I ordered a SILVER dishwasher from them - when they delivered the dishwasher was white!! I decided not to sent a complaint as the previous time the complaint resulted into NOTHING!!

This is the poorest online service by far ever received - I do 90% of my shopping online - And all Of them have an order tracking available and 90% of them have a click and collect option available where you pay minimum delivery - NOT GAME THOUGH??
