Poorest customer service.

I just purchased 21" windscreen wiper blades at Game N1 City for R199. I fitted it myself at home, on to realize that the passanger side blade is a hanging over the windshield. I then went to Game Parow Centre since it's closer to where I stay to purchase smaller 19" ones as it only comes in 2s. Then I would have a back up for the others I purchased already. When I got to Game Parow Centre, I saw the same 21" blades I just purchased is R187. I then took pictures to show the teller I paid more at N1 City, why is that since it's the same store. The manager (Felicia Malgas) said, no sir you must query this by Game N1 City since they using a different PI code. What *** is that?! How the fvck do you expect me to go back there when I just came from there? I just wanted the difference of my money back. Why must I go back to Game N1 City when I am in your store. What happened to the customer is always right. I even showed her proof of price. They singing early morning when the store open "The customer is always right" but don't live up to that damn standard. It is not that I wanted to return the blades because I already opened it and it fitted perfectly for the driver side. It was just the passanger side that needed a smaller blades. Felicia mustn't think now that she's the manager, she made in life! Poor customer service. Sies!
