Poor workmanship

I purchased a Logik Electric Grill at Game in January. I have used it 5 times. It has a 3 year guarantee. All of a sudden when I plug it in it trips my whole houses electricity. This an extremely poor make that it hasnt even lasted 6 months and it interferes with the electricity box. Now I cannot find my receipt. Please be very careful of this Logik brand, it is only sold at Game. Game please resolve this issue urgently. You cannot be selling such poor quality products.
