Poor unprofessional service from Game online store.

Poor unprofessional service Game online. I purchased school items and books online from Game on the 3 Jan 2021 for delivery, on the 8 Jan i recieved and email requesting me to confirm cancellation of my order. When I logged into my acc on Game my was was labelled dispatched I called the number to be informed by and operator that indeed my order was cancelled but he could not give me a reason. Today i receive an email from Chantal Cloete saying my order was cancelled due to no stock and I will be refunded. I did reply asking how can Game store be out of stock when it is back to school time.
