Poor treatment

I went to Game (Grand Central, Cape Town) with plastic bags from another retailer and the security was at the entrance so I waited for her since she was busy with someone else. After she was done she attended someone who got there after me, so I told her I was the first one there and she gave me attitude instead of apologizing. Later on when I was leaving the store she asked for the receipt and I asked her since when Game asks for receipt when you buy food and she said they always do that and I buy at Game almost everyday since I work in the mall and not even once had they ever asked for a receipt when buying food. I went back to the store to ask about this and the manager said they check and I asked him since when. I’ve been a Game customer for a long time and I always buy my household stuff from Game including Appliances. I cannot accept this kind of treatment and I am very angry right now.
