Poor Support from Hisense

Do Not purchase a Hisense tv from Game in Boksurg. I purchased a Hisense TV at the Game in Boksburg on the 24/09/2017.

I recently had some issues and i contacted Hisense for assistance, they advised that i needed to follow a few steps to upgrade the software, i have done this but still no success, they said that a technician will contact me, technician contacted me on 7th of June @ 15:30 to say they want to come out to upgrade the software on my tv but they can only come out until 4pm. such little time to make provisions so i asked them to please come out on Tuesday 11 June as i would make arrangements at work. Tuesday the technician comes out and does the software upgrade, after testing it, he found that the problem is still not resolved, he said that its not the software, he said that he could not perform an assessment to possibly find the issue, that was very poor feedback. its now the 19 June and i have not been contacted by game or Hisense to suggest a way forward. very very very poor customer service!

I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with my purchase, especially the poor support service.

I am still left without a functional tv and further more i have been trying to get through to the tv department at game Boksburg and the store manager since Friday 14 June and i have tried several times through switch board and no one picked up, i tried again 4 times this morning and even asked the switch board lady to please take a cordless phone to the store manager if possible and she put the phone down, now when i try to call the store it rings twice or thrice and then the call gets cut as if there is a caller identity to see that i am trying to call and she knows that there is an issue with the tv department and store manager with answering the phone.

i am very very very irritated and frustrated, i had enough of this very poor customer service and the reason i buy from game is because i thought that if i have an issue with my purchase, it will be resolved easily but i guess i was wrong.
