POOR STOCK CONTROL
For a store the size of Game West Street and the location of it I am very disappointed with the control of stock. I went to purchase the new item which Basset Reid has got on offer the 8 in 1 Gourmet Chef. This item is advertised by game yet they do not carry sufficient stock at the West Street branch. I was told that they only order a few units because they not sure if item will be popular and the only branch that has stick is Gateway which is all the way in Umhlanga Rock's Durban. Not every person owns a motor vehicle and rely on central stores having stock. I now have to travel approx 30 km to get to Gateway or have to wait about 2 weeks as the assistant explained when they will get stock again
