Poor sleeping couch

I have bought a sleeping couch in February 2021, the strings under the couch are now out and the couch is not in good state that someone can sit on it I'm the only one using the couch and it is surprising that strings can come out in 2 months. I have never used the couch for sleeping but only used it for sitting on it. I'm working 8 - 5 o'clock and I sit on the couch for less than an hour. That couch is not a quality couch and I regret spending my last money to buy that couch. I bought it from Game in East Gate. Game East Gate staff is really friendly and offering good service however Game sleeping couch are not quality.
