Poor services provider

Good day this come to my intention, I'm really upset and disappointed how games store online agent treating their customers.

On the 24/01/2023 the order was placed it was a washing machine, then later on I saw it was on sale ,then I did login to game and the person assisted me said the order it's cancelled and I can re-order on the the price but suddenly on the 28/01/2023 the machine delivered on my place without on my precense they called me while I'm away and I spoke to the courier and I asked him where is my stove because I ordered 2 items the courier responded that it will be delivered soon ,but only the stove.

Now Monday I received a Message that my items are shipped, when I called game no one wants to assist me.
