Poor services game promenade
On the 7th June 2018 i bought a gas braai at game promenade store in mitchells plain. The Ketla gas braai was on promotion with a 9kg gas cylinder.
On that day they never had any stock of the cylinder, Jerome the manager of the garden department, very helpful showed me on the system that it was scheduled for delivery that day and loaded my number onto the system to notify me when it has arrived.
Up until today im still waiting for the cylinder. I specifically bought it on the 7th so i could use it for the 9th. I had to go and borrow a cylinder, which is not cool.
Why would you have something on promotion and non of your stores has stock of it?
